1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The tol777 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account where the Member is found to be underage. Any winnings accrued during an underage period will be forfeited.

2.2 Residency & Legal Responsibility

tol777 is an internationally operated offshore gaming platform. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using this Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Indonesia's gambling laws, derived primarily from the Public Gambling Act 1867 and subsequent regulations, apply to activities conducted within Indonesian territory and do not specifically address offshore online gaming. By registering, you acknowledge this legal context and accept full personal responsibility for compliance with all applicable local laws.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on tol777. Multiple accounts created by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment details — will be treated as a violation of these Terms. All associated Accounts will be closed, and any outstanding balance may be forfeited following investigation.

2.4 Employee Exclusion

Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of tol777's operating company, technology partners, payment processors, and game suppliers are not permitted to hold a Member Account or place wagers on the Platform.

2.5 Mental Capacity

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are acting in a personal capacity for entertainment purposes, that you are of sound mind, and that you are not acting under the influence of substances that impair your judgment. tol777 reserves the right to void wagers and withhold winnings where evidence suggests a Member placed bets while incapacitated.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Information

When registering a tol777 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name (matching your government-issued identification), date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and your preferred deposit/withdrawal bank or e-wallet details. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication (2FA) codes with any third party. tol777 will never contact you by any channel requesting your password. Any activity conducted via your Account — including wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility unless you have formally notified us of unauthorized access in writing before such activity occurred.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, tol777 requires completion of our KYC verification process. Required documents typically include:

• A clear photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional) showing all details legibly
• Proof of current address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the previous three (3) months
• A selfie verification photograph holding your KTP beside your face
• In some cases, additional documentation may be requested at tol777's sole discretion

KYC verification is typically completed within 1–24 hours of submitting complete documentation. Accounts with incomplete or rejected verification may have withdrawals suspended until the matter is resolved.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

tol777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, provision of false information, collusion, money laundering suspicion, or regulatory requirement. Where closure is due to a proven breach by the Member, any Balance remaining may be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tol777 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Indonesian players: major domestic banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Payment method availability may vary and tol777 reserves the right to add or remove channels at any time.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 per transaction
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds by tol777
• Deposits processed via supported channels are typically credited instantly or within minutes
• tol777 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges
• Only funds from payment methods registered in your name will be accepted
• Chargebacks, reversed deposits, or fraudulent deposit attempts will result in immediate Account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withd rawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction
• Withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB)
• Withdrawals requested outside banking hours will be queued and processed at the earliest opportunity on the next available banking session
• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the tol777 Account holder
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed
• tol777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing high-value withdrawals
• Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit wherever technically possible

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the tol777 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Where a Member's payment provider operates in a different currency, conversion rates applied are determined by the payment provider and tol777 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits awarded by tol777 are subject to these general terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 5x (five times) the bonus amount before the bonus balance or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a Bonus Fund of Rp 100.000 with a 5x wagering requirement demands Rp 500.000 in qualifying turnover before withdrawal eligibility is achieved. Specific promotions may carry higher wagering requirements — always review the individual promotion page before claiming.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

• Each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value prior to meeting wagering requirements
• tol777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed
• Where a bonus has been claimed in error or under false pretenses, tol777 may reclaim the bonus and any associated winnings
• Bonuses may not be used in combination unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms

5.4 Abuse and Fraud

tol777 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee an outcome regardless of result (so-called "arbing"), exploiting technical errors in game mechanics, using software bots, or colluding with other Members to meet wagering requirements artificially. Any Member found engaging in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended, all Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the Platform.

6 Betting & Game Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

tol777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion. Wagers are accepted subject to the applicable market rules published on the Platform. All wagers are final once confirmed by the system — it is the Member's responsibility to verify all bet selections, odds, and stake amounts before confirming any transaction.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting on tol777 — including football markets covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and the AFF Cup — is governed by our Sports Betting Rules published separately on the Platform. Key principles include:

• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed; the odds displayed at confirmation are the final accepted odds
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full payout; one void or lost selection results in reduced or zero return per the parlay rules
• Asian handicap (voor bola) markets are settled according to standard Asian handicap rules
• Live in-play betting is subject to network latency; tol777 is not liable for bets placed on events whose outcome was already determined at the time of placement

6.3 Togel (Numbers Lottery)

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on tol777 reference official draw results published by their respective operators (Togel Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau). tol777 is not affiliated with those lottery operators and uses their published results solely as settlement reference points. Any discrepancy between our published result and a third-party source will be resolved using the official draw operator's confirmed result.

6.4 Live Casino

Live dealer games are streamed in real time. In the event of a disconnection or technical failure mid-game, the round outcome will be determined according to the game provider's published rules. tol777 is not liable for losses resulting from a Member's internet disconnection, device failure, or power outage during a live game session.

6.5 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software error, pricing error, or system malfunction that results in an incorrect display of odds, payouts, or game outcomes, tol777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Member's Account. Winnings derived from manifest errors — even if initially credited — are not valid and will be reclaimed. "Manifest error" means an obvious and unambiguous mistake that a reasonable person would immediately recognize as incorrect.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tol777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or impersonated identity information during registration or KYC
• Accessing the Platform using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit betting markets
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in games knowingly without immediate disclosure to tol777 support
• Placing wagers on behalf of another individual or operating as an agent for third parties
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing tol777 Account access or balances
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses tol777 support staff or other Members
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or responsible gaming restriction applied to your Account

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the tol777 Platform — including but not limited to the tol777 brand name, logo, graphic designs, software code, game interfaces, text content, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of tol777 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the express prior written consent of tol777.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to tol777 for use on this Platform only.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

tol777 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party outages, or force majeure events. tol777 is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — resulting from Platform downtime or inaccessibility.

9.2 Wagering Losses

Gambling inherently involves financial risk. tol777 is not liable for any wagering losses incurred by Members. All deposits made to a tol777 Account are at the Member's own risk and discretion. The Platform provides entertainment services only and does not guarantee any return on funds wagered.

9.3 Third-Party Services

tol777 relies on third-party payment processors, game studios, data feed providers, and telecommunications networks. We are not liable for failures, delays, or errors attributable to these third-party services, including but not limited to failed bank transfers, delayed e-wallet settlements, or game data feed interruptions.

9.4 Maximum Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tol777's total cumulative liability to any Member — under any cause of action whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by tol777 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, tol777 collects personal data necessary to operate your Account, verify your identity, process payments, deliver customer support, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. We do not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Amendments

tol777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where an amendment materially and adversely affects your existing rights, we will endeavor to provide reasonable prior notice via your registered email address, but are not obligated to do so in all circumstances.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles as applied by the Platform's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitral institution. Nothing in this clause prevents tol777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

These Terms do not create any rights enforceable by third parties under applicable third-party rights legislation. The Platform is operated for the personal use and entertainment of registered Members only.
